We were Qualified based on our Resources, Skills, Income, and Employment...NOT our Credit score!!! We have been denied from banks because of some unavoidable Life situations that hurt our Credit. Making it Impossible to Qualify for a Bank loan. I was afraid we would be Tenants forever!
